Privacy policy
Introduction
The purpose of the privacy policy is to familiarize you with the manner in which your data is collected and used in the Sportrouter Reservation System (hereinafter referred to as Sportrouter or the Reservation System). Data entered by the user (name, surname, email address, etc.) as well as cookies (eng. “Cookies”) accepted by the user are used exclusively for booking service appointments and for the purpose of the best possible operation of Sportrouter. By accepting these privacy policies, you confirm that you have read them, understand them and that you agree to the processing of personal data as determined by these policies.
Sport router d.o.o. in its operations, it implements personal data protection measures in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council from April 27, 2016. year on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
The controller is Sport router d.o.o., Trnjanska 51, 10000 Zagreb.
1. Data collected when using the Reservation System
During various forms of interaction with Sportrouter, personal data is collected, which includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1.1. Contact information
– Name, surname/title
– Residential address/location – E-mail address
– Telephone number
1.2. Authentication data
They include your username and password when you log in to the Sport router Platform or create your user account through the mobile application.
1.3. Usage data
Information related to your visit to the Reservation System includes IP address, location, time and date, identification number of your mobile device, type of browser you are using and information about the device you are using. Information about your activity such as reviews and reservations is also collected.
It is extremely important that all the data you share with us during registration and further use of the Reservation System is correct and accurate. If, in the meantime, you change essential data for communication between you and the reservation system, such as your e-mail address and phone number, you are obliged to inform us of this change in a timely manner, and if you do not act in the manner mentioned above, Sport router d.o.o. is not responsible for damage caused by failure to fulfill your obligations.
It is not allowed to make reservations on behalf of a third party.
1.4. Information about payment cards
For payment through the Sportrouter application, we use the Stripe system, which is subject to the world’s strictest security standards. Stripe ensures complete secrecy of your card data. Payment data is transmitted encrypted from your Internet browser to the bank that issued your card. Sportrouter never comes into contact with complete information about your payment card. An isolated core independently transfers and manages sensitive data, keeping it completely secure. Stripe meets all the requirements related to the security of internet payments, that is, it operates in accordance with the norm – PCI DSS Level 1 – the highest security standard of the payment card industry. Stripe considers all data collected to be bank confidential and treats it accordingly, and the data is used only for the purposes for which it was collected.
2. Use and legal basis for processing personal data
We process and use personal data only for the purposes for which they were collected. Sport router d.o.o. uses personal data for the following purposes:
2.1. Provision of services in accordance with contractual obligations
Sport router d.o.o. may use personal data during the provision of contracted services and various forms of communication during the process of realizing cooperation, such as proposing activities for you based on your use of the Application, finding sports facilities and fields in your vicinity, using the connection function, displaying your previous and upcoming reservations as and statistics based on that, analyzing the use of the Reservation System, then providing customer service and resolving all questions, complaints or inquiries, etc.
2.2. Marketing and sales activities
Personal data may be used for the purpose of informing about new benefits, contents, discounts or similar activities.
2.3. To comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, but we may need to share it with, for example, sports facilities, our IT suppliers and the analytics service providers we use (mainly Google and Amplitude).
Data entered through the SPORTROUTER mobile application or the SPORTROUTER Platform are available to:
– Sport router d.o.o. which data is used for the purpose of improving the reservation system,
– Sports facilities that provide services,
– The Stripe system when processing the payment of a reservation made through the Sportrouter application.
3. How we collect your data
When you use the SPORTROUTER mobile application, our servers automatically record data sent by your device. This data may include information such as your IP address and location, device ID, device name and version, information you browse in the mobile application, time and date of access and other statistical data.
Your location can be determined with varying levels of precision based on:
– GPS,
– IP addresses,
– sensor data on the device,
– data near Wi-Fi access points, mobile transmitters and Bluetooth-enabled devices.
4. How do we use your data?
We use your personal data with the aim of helping you find the desired service, for the purpose of marketing targeted content for you, as well as for research purposes, sending messages of a marketing, promotional or informative nature.
The SPORTROUTER reservation system uses your location to enable you to display the sports facilities that are closest to your location. If you deny access to your location, it is possible that sports facilities will not be displayed in order of distance from your location, but you will be able to use the mobile application normally.
In addition, your personal data that you leave on the System is also used for the following:
4.1. To create a user account or make other account-related changes.
This is important for searching services through the Reservation System and includes:
– Sending the necessary information related to the booked appointment
– Improving the way your reservations and eventual payments are made
– Answers to your inquiries
– Quality management of your account that you created in the Reservation System.
4.2. For all activities that need to be carried out in order to manage the affairs of the Reservation System as well as for our legitimate interests, including:
– Maintenance of the reservation system and implementation of security activities to ensure that the system is safe from misuse
– Verification of compliance with the conditions of use of the reservation system, and responding to all legal requirements
– Notifications about offers or services that we think are relevant to you
– Personalization of the content and products displayed in the Reservation System, which is done based on the data that has been collected (see the “Cookies” section for more information)
– Improvement, improvement and protection of the reservation system with the aim of providing users with the best possible user experience and improving the operation of the reservation system itself.
– The quality of the service offered by our partners based on the collected data (see the “Cookies” section for more information), etc.
4.3. The consents you give us refer to the following:
– Sending information about special offers and services that might be of interest to you via e-mail, messages, notifications, etc.
– Sending information about prize games, bonuses, surveys to improve the service or services provided by our partners via email, messages, notifications, etc.
– Forwarding your data to our partners and other third parties for the purpose of promoting their products and services and finding products/services that might interest you;
– Setting cookies and using related technologies for the purpose of improving the user experience (in accordance with the part of this document related to “Cookies”)
– Use of your data on all other occasions when we ask for your consent or for legally prescribed needs.
You can withdraw any previously given consent at any time if you believe that such consent is not what you wanted.
5. Protection of your personal data
The entire operation of the reservation system is based on safe and simple communication for the purpose of easier access to the desired services. However, although the Reservation System is designed to protect your personal data at all times using strict procedures and security protocols, we cannot guarantee that your data will not be misused, taking into account that the transmission of any information over the Internet is not completely secure.
5.1. The security measures implemented are aimed at:
– Prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to the data processing system in which personal data is processed,
– prevent persons who have the right to use the data processing system from accessing personal data beyond their needs and authorizations,
– ensure that personal data cannot be read, copied, changed or removed without authorization during electronic transmission or during transmission,
– ensure the availability of system records for the purpose of determining who entered, changed or removed personal data from the data processing system, ensure that in the case where the processing is performed by the processor, the data can only be processed in accordance with the instructions of the controller,
– ensure that personal data is protected from unwanted destruction or loss,
– ensure that personal data collected for different purposes can be processed separately, – and ensure that personal data is not kept longer than necessary.
6. Sharing personal data with third parties
Although we have the personal data that you have shared with us through the Reservation System, we will not misuse your personal data. However, in some cases we will share your personal data with selected third parties:
– If you have made a reservation through our reservation system, your data will be forwarded to a third party, i.e. our partner with whom you booked an appointment for the service;
– Third parties – individual service providers who contribute to the operation of the Reservation System in some specific way, such as analysis of social profiles, marketing, surveys, etc.;
– To our payment service providers to manage your payments
– Partner brands with which cooperation will eventually be achieved by promoting their products or services through the Reservation System;
– Media and partners who will eventually advertise the services offered through the Reservation System;
– In the event that we transfer, sell, or buy our property, or become insolvent, bankrupt or bankrupt, there is a possibility that, if necessary, we will have to share your personal data with a potential seller or buyer of such business or property.
– Authorities and other third parties who are determined to act according to the law, i.e. according to court decisions. In certain circumstances, it is allowed to share personal data without the knowledge or consent of the user and when the disclosure of personal data is necessary for the prevention or detection of crimes, the arrest or prosecution of offenders, the assessment or collection of taxes or duties and by order of a court or any law.
– Additionally, we have the full right to disclose your data if it is established that by acting on the Reservation System you have caused injury, damage to someone, or that you have threatened our rights or property.
In case you have published your personal data in publicly accessible places of our reservation system, Sport router d.o.o. is not responsible if the same data falls into the hands of third parties, nor is it liable for damages on any basis.
7. The rights you have in relation to your personal data
At any time, you can request information and access to your personal data from us, submit an objection to processing, request the correction and transfer of your personal data, restriction of their use or that we remove them completely.
You can request the right to information about the following: – Purposes of personal data processing;
– Source of personal data, if not obtained from the user;
– Category of personal data;
– Recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data is or may be transferred, together with the location of these recipients;
– The intended storage period of personal data or the rationale for determining the storage period;
– Use of any automated decision-making, including profiling;
You can change your data in your account settings, and your rights related to the management of your personal data are limited in certain circumstances.
8. Other websites connected to the Reservation System
We are not responsible for the content or practices of other websites that can be accessed through the Booking System. Our privacy policy applies only to the Booking System and does not transfer to other websites that you may access. Always read the policies that apply to another site before proceeding.
9. Changes related to our privacy policy
All possible changes in our privacy policy will be published on the www.sportrouter.com page so that you have an insight into the way we collect your data and under what circumstances we can disclose it, all for the purpose of transparent business.
10. Where we process and store your data
Sportrouter processes and stores your data within the European Union and the European Economic Area. However, to support its current operations, the controller may use tools provided by Google, for example, so there is a possibility that your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in particular to the United States of America (USA) or another country in in which Google’s partners maintain the tools used to process personal data. Data Retention
Your personal data will be kept as long as necessary to carry out the activities specified in this document and within the time period allowed by the applicable legal regulations, respecting the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27.04.2016. year on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such EC data (General Data Protection Regulation).
Sport router d.o.o. will keep your personal data for as long as:
– To what extent the same data is necessary for the provision of products or services,
– As necessary in accordance with these Rules or the time of collection,
– As necessary due to our legal obligations, dispute resolution and the implementation of our contracts,
or to the extent permitted by law.
When the retention period expires, Sport router d.o.o. will delete personal data in a way that ensures that they cannot be reconstructed or read.
11. Our policy on cookies and similar technologies
The reservation system uses all standard technologies, including cookies (“Cookies”), advertising platforms (e.g. Google AdWords), various marketing and analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics), etc. for the purposes stated below in this document. Accepting cookies used in the Reservation System improves the user experience and functionality of the System itself. Cookies are small files that are stored on a computer or mobile device when we visit a website. Cookies allow a particular website to remember the visitor’s activities or settings from previous visits, so that they can be automatically applied on the next visit. When accessing the website, the cookies used by the Reservation System identify the parameters of the browser, but not of the users themselves. The purpose of cookies is benevolent and they cannot transmit viruses.

11.1. Why do we use cookies?
– Cookies are used, among other things, to make the reservation system function properly, i.e. to enable your work through the reservation system, to use all available functions and tools, to prevent misuse of the system, and to remember which services you have selected. This type of cookie cannot be turned off because the Reservation System would not function otherwise.
– The use of cookies allows us to significantly improve the user experience, so that your selections on the Reservation System will be remembered and applied during subsequent visits, if you accept cookies. Cookies also help us customize services to detect potential difficulties in the operation of the website/applications and to optimize and improve the functionalities of the website/applications such as remembering login information and the like.
– We collect statistical data in order to market quality content and improve the quality of the website/applications and services, and to better understand the needs of users and improve services accordingly.
– Cookies are also used to enable the display of ads relevant to you outside the reservation system. Cookies help collect data about your interests and habits in order to see personalized advertisements on other network locations.
Please note that the companies used for targeted advertising and marketing have their own privacy policies that you should familiarize yourself with.
11.2. Modifying cookie settings
If you do not want your browser to remember cookies or want to limit the use of your personal data on the Reservation System or on third-party online sites, see the recommendations for online cookie settings. It is also necessary to pay attention to the privacy rules of the third party.
If you do not allow us to use tracking technology, you will not be able to use the reservation system in full. Most browsers allow you to remove cookies and adjust the use of other technologies to track your movements online.
