General business terms
For end users
In order to use the service provided by the SPORTROUTER application, you must agree to the terms and conditions listed below.
1. Definitions
1.1. Sport router limited liability company for IT services (hereinafter referred to as Sport router d.o.o., “we”, “our” or “us”) – a company established and registered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia with its headquarters in Zagreb, Trnjanska cesta 51, OIB : 91184541124, MBS: 081490120, owner of the SPORTROUTER reservation system.
1.2. Sports facility – legal or physical person with whom Sport router d.o.o. enters into a contract for the use of the SPORTROUTER reservation system, which organizes and provides various services in the field of sports and recreation, such as the management and maintenance of sports and recreation fields, the rental of sports and recreation fields and other suitable spaces, the organization and management of sports and recreation competitions and other supporting services .
1.3. End User (hereinafter referred to as “User”, “you”, “you”) is a natural or legal person who, through the SPORTROUTER application, accesses the selection of a sport, sports facility, location and instructions for accessing the location (via third-party applications), viewing other content of the sports facility and other related available information and content that will eventually be created.
1.4. The Sportrouter reservation system (hereinafter referred to as the Reservation System) means the computer program used by Sport router d.o.o. offers the connection of the sports facility with the User through the SPORTROUTER application used by the User, the SPORTROUTER platform that serves the sports facility, customer support and other associated services. The reservation system is a system designed to speed up and facilitate the use of sports and recreation facilities, such as, for example, reservations and selection of dates for the desired sport for end users, as well as review and management of reservations for sports facilities.
The reservation system includes:
– The application through which end users access the services
– A platform in the form of an internet interface through which sports facilities use services – Notification system
– Payment for the service of reservation and use of sports grounds through the Application – Customer support
1.5. Sportrouter Application (hereinafter: Application) – means a computer program designed for End Users to access content offered by sports facilities. By accessing the application, the end user has the possibility to, through a simple and reviewed selection of the type of sport, available dates, sports facilities, view the location of the sports field (and instructions for accessing the location), make a reservation of the desired date with the option of paying for it, as well as insight into other contents offered selected sports facility. End users download the Application for free in the application store. The application complies with the provisions of the valid positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
1.6. Sportrouter Platform (hereinafter: Platform) – means the program, i.e. the network interface which is accessed via an external link, and which interface enables the sports facility to review and use the services of the reservation system (sending notifications to users, review of already made reservations, changes and entries of new reservations) , checking free dates/grounds/type of sport…).
1.7. Notification system – notifications/notifications about changes in the availability of available sports and dates sent by the sports facility to users.
1.8. Customer support – solving problems when using the reservation system.
1.9. Payment through the Application – in order to facilitate the sale/payment of a product or service, the User is offered the option to pay for the selected service of the sports facility within the Application. Payment of the booked appointment, when the same is done through the Application, is carried out through the Internet payment processing system Stripe.
1.10. Database – a collection of all data entered through the use of the reservation system, saved in an appropriate manner adapted to the needs of the reservation system.
1.11.Privacy rules – pre-regulated legal rules for the protection of data privacy, which form an integral part of these terms of business.
2. Functionality and basic features
2.1. Using the Sportrouter application, you can safely, quickly and easily:
– select the desired service, i.e. the type of sport offered by sports facilities
– choose the location and date of the desired service offered by sports facilities; – book an appointment for selected sports services offered by sports facilities;
– pay for the selected service.
2.2. By providing the service of using the Platform and the Application, we act as a marketplace connecting the User with a sports facility in order to help you more efficiently access and use the desired content (use of sports fields). One of the main features of the Reservation System is the ease and accessibility of use. As part of their business, sports facilities using the Platform make their service available for booking in a simple, reviewed way, regardless of their working hours.
2.3. Sportrouter is an online service, and we will provide the latest available version of Sportrouter at the time these Terms become effective. Sportrouter will provide updates as they become available, including security updates, all to keep Sportrouter secure and compliant with these Terms. You choose whether to install the supplied updates. If you choose not to install updates, you should not expect Sportrouter to remain in compliance with these Terms. Furthermore, if you choose not to install the updates required to maintain Sportrouter in compliance with these Terms, including security updates, this will also affect our responsibility for compliance in the operation of the application with respect to those features covered by the available update. If an update is required, we will notify you of this and any consequences of not updating.
2.4. In addition to changes aimed at maintaining conformity, under certain conditions we will change the features of the Sportrouter, provided that we have a valid reason for such change and it is free of charge to you.
Valid reasons for changes will be:
– when a change is necessary in order to adapt the Sportrouter to a new technical environment or an increased number of users,
– when we have other important operational reasons,
– when we want to develop or add any kind of features or content to Sportrouter or – when we want to improve the user experience of Sportrouter.
2.5. We will notify you of all changes in accordance with mandatory regulations. You always have the right, at any time, to stop using Sportrouter, delete your Sportrouter account and/or uninstall the application, regardless of whether we have made changes to Sportrouter or not.
3. Registration procedure, use and liability
3.1. Before using the services of the Reservation System, i.e. the Sportrouter application, the user downloads the Application free of charge from the corresponding Internet store (Google Play for Android, App Store for iOS), then installs it on a mobile device and goes through the registration and activation process of the Application itself. These general conditions apply to the relationship between the user and Sportrouter and not to the relationship between the user and Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
3.2. Registration is possible in three ways, via Apple ID, Google ID or manual entry of e-mail, password and user name.
3.3. All information submitted to the Reservation System for the purposes of its use should be true, accurate and complete;
3.4. The Application may contain links to any third-party websites (eg Google maps), applications, information, locations and related technology, or other content provided by other entities. Such content is not under the control of Sport router d.o.o.
3.5. Sportrouter connects you with a sports facility that provides services, but is not responsible for the quality of the service provided, nor for the timeliness of the service for which you have chosen to make a reservation. Sportrouter is not responsible for any type of damage on any basis, and which damage occurred as a result of direct or indirect actions or omission of sports fields. All responsibility for the manner in which the service was performed, once an appointment has been reserved via Sportrouter, is solely borne by the sports facility where you decided to make the reservation. Given that Sportrouter cannot influence the quality of the service itself or control any part of the performance of the service, Sportrouter is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by negligent or incorrect service or service that does not meet your expectations.
3.6. Sport router d.o.o. is not liable to the User for damage caused by the impossibility of using the Reservation System due to inappropriate handling of the sports facility, the unavailability of the Reservation System (applications and platforms) caused as a result of technical problems or force majeure, and the inadequacy of the service for the User’s needs. Sport router d.o.o. cannot guarantee that there will be no errors during use and that there will be no malfunctions.
3.7. Sport router d.o.o. is not liable to the Users for damage if there is loss or destruction of data, unauthorized access, unauthorized change or any other misuse, especially when the stated circumstances are caused by force majeure, equipment failure, incorrect handling, the influence of other computer programs, viruses and other harmful influences .
3.8. By using this application, the User agrees to the fact that Sportrouter’s responsibility is exclusively based on these general conditions.
3.9. By accepting these Terms of Business, the User confirms that he is over 16 years old, or if he is younger, that he has the consent of his parents or legal representative.
4. Intelectual property
4.1. All intellectual property (source code, program, structure, web support, appearance, etc.) is the exclusive property of Sportrouter d.o.o.
4.2. The structure, organization and source code of SPORTROUTER are trade secrets and confidential information.
5. Reservation and payment of the service by the end user
5.1. The user has the option to pay for the selected service of the sports facility within the mobile Application, through his Sportrouter account.
5.2. The sports facility and their contact information, as well as the activities and times available to you, will be listed on the website and in the app. Sportrouter is not responsible for available fields, activities and dates.
5.3. A purchased reservation within Sportrouter can only be used in its entirety once. It is not possible to save the reservation for future use. The reservation is personal and cannot be transferred to another person, unless otherwise expressly stated.
5.4. When you make a reservation or purchase through Sportrouter, your reservation or purchase will be forwarded to the appropriate sports facility. Your reservation will be available to the sports facility in their seat reservation system.
5.5. We act as an intermediary in the reservations or purchases you make at Sports Facilities via Sportrouter. This means that when you make a payment through our app, your payment is forwarded to the specific sports facility. Sports facilities operate independently of us and are in no way part of Sportrouter, nor do they have the right to represent us. Sportrouter is not responsible for any information or content on the pages or applications of Sports Facilities, nor for any information provided by them. We are not responsible for the facilities, goods, services, actions or omissions of the Sports Facilities.
5.6. The prices listed in the application at the time of booking refer to your reservation. All prices are expressed in EUR, including VAT.
5.7. If you have noticed that the price or information about free dates and pitches is incorrectly stated in the application, please contact customer service.
5.8. We, and/or the payment service providers we use, have the right to choose the payment options we offer, which may vary from time to time. Available forms of payment that you can choose are always listed in the application.
5.9. Payment of the reserved field, when the same is done through the Sportrouter Application, is carried out through the Stripe system – an advanced system for the safe acceptance of payment cards. Stripe ensures complete confidentiality of your card and personal data. Payment data is transmitted encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. The form for entering payment data is secured with the most reliable SSL transport code. Stripe meets all the requirements related to the security of online payments, i.e. it operates in accordance with PCI DSS Level 1 – the highest security standard of the payment card industry. When paying with cards included in the 3-D Secure program, in addition to the validity of the card itself, your bank also confirms your identity using a token or password. All collected information is considered confidential by Stripe and treated accordingly. 5.10. A reservation can be canceled through the application up to 24 hours before the appointment. However, if you made a payment through the Application, the refund for the unused reservation depends solely on the business policy of the individual sports facility. Sportrouter does not, nor is it responsible for refunds.
6. Users support and maintenance
6.1. Although this is our aim, Sportrouter cannot guarantee that the Application will be available without technical interruptions, so we may have to restrict access to Sportrouter for, for example, service, support, security or technical reasons.
If there is any problem with the Sportrouter, the User should, to the extent deemed reasonable, cooperate with us to determine whether the User’s hardware, software or network connection is causing the problems with the Sportrouter. Otherwise, we may not be able to assist the User with the problem.
The user is fully responsible for protecting his technical equipment against unauthorized use, including the use of appropriate anti-virus software and firewalls.
6.2. If there is any problem with the application, or if you are in any way dissatisfied with the use of the application, please contact us as soon as possible. Sportrouter will make every effort to try to find a solution to the problem as soon as possible. Sport router d.o.o. provides customer support in connection with the use of the Reservation System, via the email address [email protected]
6.3. Sport router d.o.o. undertakes to enable a daily review of the General Terms and Conditions, to ensure the continuous functionality of the application, to ensure any necessary repairs to the program code in case of established irregularities in the operation of the Reservation System, to prevent data loss by making daily copies of the database among the data.
7. Personal data processing, data access
7.1. By logging in or using the Application, certain personal data may be collected and processed. The collection and processing of personal data is subject to the Privacy Policy.
7.2. Sport router d.o.o. has access to all personal data and other data provided or generated in connection with the use of the Reservation System. Sport router d.o.o. will take all reasonable steps to ensure the confidentiality of such information and comply with all applicable legal provisions as well as the Privacy Policy whenever such information contains personal information.
7.3. Your personal data can also be collected and processed by Sports facilities where you make a reservation and/or payment via the application. The sports facility is the owner of the database that it collects through the Sportrouter reservation system.
7.4. To a certain extent, your personal data will also be collected by the payment service provider Stripe – an advanced system for the secure acceptance of payment cards via the Internet, exclusively for the purpose of paying for the selected reservation. Stripe ensures the complete secrecy of your card data.
8. Changes to the general conditions
8.1. Sportrouter d.o.o. reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing the modified version on the website www.sportrouter.com and in the Application.
8.2. Changes or additions to the General Terms and Conditions come into force upon publication on the website and in the Application.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
9.1. The general conditions are subject to, interpreted and implemented in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. If the dispute arising from the General Terms and Conditions cannot be resolved amicably, the dispute will be resolved at the competent court in Zagreb.
10. Final provisions
10.1. If any of the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions is deemed unenforceable, the contracting parties will replace the affected provision with an enforceable provision that is most similar to the intent of the affected provision. Other provisions remain in force.
10.2. These general conditions enter into force on 01.05.2023.
For sport centers
These General Terms and Conditions regulate the legal rules for using the SPORTROUTER reservation system services.
In order to provide the service provided by the SPORTROUTER reservation system, you must agree to the terms and conditions listed below.

1.3. The end user (hereinafter referred to as the User) is a natural or legal person who, through the SPORTROUTER application, accesses the selection of a sport, sports facility, location and instructions for accessing the location (via third-party applications), viewing other contents of the sports facility and other related available information and contents which will eventually be created. The user downloads the Application from the appropriate Internet store (Google Play for Android, App Store for iOS), then installs it on the mobile device and goes through the process of registration and activation of the Application itself.
1.4. The Sportrouter reservation system (hereinafter referred to as the Reservation System) means the software used by Sport router d.o.o. offers the connection of the sports facility with the User through the SPORTROUTER application used by the User, the SPORTROUTER platform that serves the sports facility, customer support and other associated services. The reservation system is a system designed to speed up and facilitate the use of sports and recreation facilities, such as, for example, reservations and selection of dates for the desired sport for end users, as well as review and management of reservations for sports facilities.

– The application through which end users access the services
– A platform in the form of an internet interface through which sports facilities use services – Notification system
– Paying for the service through the Application
– Customer support
1.5. Sportrouter Application (hereinafter: Application) – means a computer program designed for End Users to access content offered by sports facilities. End users download the Application in the application store. The application complies with the provisions of the valid positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
1.6. Sportrouter Platform (hereinafter: Platform) – means the program, i.e. the network interface that is accessed via an external link, and which interface enables the sports facility to view and use services (sending notifications to users, viewing already made reservations, changes and entries of new reservations, checking free dates/grounds/types of sports…).
1.7. Notification system – notifications about changes in the availability of available sports and dates sent by the sports facility to users.
1.8. Customer support – solving problems when using the reservation system.
1.9. Payment through the Application – in order to facilitate the sale/payment of a product or service, the User is
offered the appropriate option to pay for the selected service of the sports facility within the Application.
1.10. Contract – contract between the company Sport router d.o.o. and sports facility, of which these General Terms and Conditions, published on the website www.sportrouter.com, are an integral part.
1.11. Database – a set of all data entered through the use of the reservation system, saved in an appropriate manner adapted to the needs of the reservation system.
1.12. Sportrouter fee – fee that the SPORTS OBJECT is obliged to pay to Sport router d.o.o. for using the reservation system.
1.13. Privacy rules – pre-regulated legal rules for the protection of data privacy, which form an integral part of this contract.
2. Technical conditions
2.1. To use the Reservation System, the sports facility must provide the following technical conditions at its own expense and responsibility:
2.1.1. personal computer, smartphone, tablet or other device capable of displaying web pages; 2.1.2. Internet access;
2.1.3. internet browser.
3. Procedure, use and liability
3.1. Before using the services of the Reservation System, Sport router d.o.o. creates an account for the sports facility, i.e. the user of the platform, sends the name and password for entering the reservation system to the e-mail address, provides support during the first setup of the system by entering information about the sports facility such as name/name, address, GPS coordinates, availability of content, prices of individual services, entering the field and offers in the sports facility. The sports facility should register by submitting the required information in the application form on the website and uploading the necessary documentation in accordance with the instructions provided.
3.2. All information submitted to the Reservation System for the purposes of its use should be true, accurate and complete;
3.3. The sports facility undertakes to use the Reservation System in accordance with the technological settings established in the General Conditions;
3.4. The sports facility is responsible for all provided information and other contents for which it uses the Platform;
3.5. The application may contain links to any third-party websites (eg Google maps), information, locations and related technology, or other content provided by other entities. Such content is not under the control of Sport router d.o.o. and we suggest that you familiarize yourself with the Terms of Business of those third parties.
3.6. Sport router d.o.o. is not liable to the sports facility for damage caused by the impossibility of using the Reservation System due to inappropriate behavior of the sports facility, the unavailability of the Reservation System (applications and platforms) caused as a result of technical problems or force majeure, and the inadequacy of the service for the User’s needs. Sport router d.o.o. cannot guarantee that there will be no errors during use and that there will be no malfunctions.
3.7. Sport router d.o.o. is not liable to the sports facility for damage if there is loss or destruction of data, unauthorized access, unauthorized change or any other misuse, especially when the stated circumstances are caused by force majeure, equipment failure, incorrect handling, the influence of other computer programs, viruses and other harmful influence.
3.8. Sport router d.o.o. is not responsible for the behavior of the End Users and will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to you or your service as a result of the actions or lack of actions of the End Users.
4. Intellectual property
4.1. The entire intellectual property (source code, program, structure, web support, appearance, etc.) is the exclusive property of Sport router d.o.o.
4.2. The structure, organization and source code of SPORTROUTER are trade secrets and confidential information.
4.3. The sports facility has no right to sell, assign, give away or in any way expropriate the whole or any part of the intellectual property of Sport router d.o.o. (non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use).
4.4. The right of use is automatically terminated simultaneously with the termination of the Agreement.
5. Sport router fee and service payment by the user
5.1. In order to use the services of the Reservation System, it is necessary to pay a fee to Sport router d.o.o. The sports facility pays the fee in the amount and according to the due date as indicated on the issued invoice. If the fee for using the Reservation System is not paid within the deadline, the service may become temporarily unavailable, regardless of the consequences that the sports facility may have.
5.2. The user has the option to pay for the selected service of the sports facility within the mobile Application. Payment of the reserved field, when the same is done through the Sportrouter Application, is carried out through the Stripe system – an advanced system for the safe acceptance of payment cards. Stripe ensures complete confidentiality of card and personal data. Payment data is transmitted encrypted from the web browser to the bank that issued the payment card. 6. User support
6.1. Sport router d.o.o. provides customer support in connection with the use of the Reservation System, via the email address [email protected] We have the right to stop providing customer support services if you are more than 5 calendar (days) late with any payments.
6.2. Sport router d.o.o. undertakes to enable a daily review of the General Terms and Conditions, to store the data of the sports facility in accordance with the applicable regulations, to ensure the continuous functionality of the application, to ensure any necessary repairs to the program code in case of established irregularities in the operation of the Reservation System, to prevent data loss by making daily copies of the database among the data.
6.3. For the purposes of making a backup copy of the database, i.e. synchronizing data, it is necessary to ensure constant access to the Internet.
6.4. If it is necessary to maintain the program code, it will be done in the time period between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM, i.e. outside the working hours of the sports facility.
7. Functionality and basic characteristics of the Sport router
7.1. By providing the service of using the Platform and the Application, we act as a marketplace by connecting the User with a sports facility in order to help them more efficiently access and use the desired content (use of sports fields). One of the main features of the Reservation System is the ease and accessibility of use. Using the reservation system simplifies and improves business, provides better service, and increases competitiveness. As part of their business, sports facilities using the Platform make their service available for booking in a simple, reviewed way, regardless of their working hours.
7.2. The reservation system consists of an internet platform and an application. Through the Internet platform, the sports facility manages data on the availability of its services, appointments, has the option of sending notifications to users, etc. The application serves Users who, through it, select the desired service, payment, appointment, location and other available content through the Application.
8. Personal data processing, data access
8.1. By logging in or using the Application, certain personal data may be collected and processed. The collection and processing of personal data is subject to the Privacy Policy available on our website. The privacy policy is an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions.
8.2. The sports facility is the owner of the database that it collects through the reservation system.
8.3. Sport router d.o.o. has access to all personal data and other data provided or generated in connection with the use of the Reservation System. Sport router d.o.o. will take all reasonable steps to ensure the confidentiality of such information and comply with all applicable legal provisions as well as the Privacy Policy whenever such information contains personal information.
9. Duration and termination of the agreement
9.1. The contract for the use of the Reservation System is concluded for a period of 12 (twelve) months. The contract for use will automatically be extended for the same period as the previously concluded contract, unless one of the parties to the contract notifies the other party before the expiration of the previous contract that it does not wish to continue the contractual relationship.
9.2. Sport router d.o.o. has the right to terminate the Agreement and deny you access to the Platform without any prior notice in case you violate the General Terms, Privacy Policy or provisions of the Agreement, damage reputation, business or cause damage to SPORTROUTER.
10. Changes to the general conditions
10.1. Sport router d.o.o. reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing the modified version on the website www.sportrouter.com.
10.2. Changes or additions to the General Terms and Conditions come into force upon publication on the website
10.3. If you do not agree with the changes to the General Terms and Conditions, you have the right to terminate the Agreement by submitting a notice of termination to Sport router d.o.o. within 8 (eight) days from the publication of changes and/or additions.
10.04. If you continue to use the subject of the Agreement even after the publication of changes and/or additions, it is considered that you agree to them.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
11.1. The General Terms and Conditions and the Agreement are subject to, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. If the dispute arising from the General Terms and Conditions or the Contract cannot be resolved amicably, the dispute will be resolved at the competent court in Zagreb.
12. Final provisions
12.1. If any of the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions is deemed unenforceable, the contracting parties will replace the affected provision with an enforceable provision that is most similar to the intent of the affected provision. Other provisions remain in force.
